We’re seeking a skilled People & Capability Business Partner for a four month fixed term contract to play a pivotal role in the transition of a new contract within our AsPac business. This is a unique opportunity to influence culture, capability and performance at a critical moment in our business. Working closely with senior leaders, you’ll align people strategies to transition requirements, support transition activity, and ensure we have the right people and structures in place to deliver vital services from day one.

As a P&C Business Partner in the ASPAC team, you’ll make a positive impact by:

  • Partnering with leaders to ensure people strategy and transition priorities are fully aligned

  • Leading organisational design and change initiatives to support effective mobilisation

  • Driving workforce planning, succession and talent development

  • Coaching leaders through complex employee relations matters

  • Guiding Fair Work processes

  • Using data and insights to inform decisions and improve people outcomes

You could be a great fit if you have:

  • Significant HR experience, including strategic HRBP exposure

  • Strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act and EEO legislation

  • Confidence managing complex investigations and unionised matters

  • Experience supporting transition in of new contracts

  • Ability to influence, coach and build trusted relationships

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or related field
