Reporting to the Head of Remuneration and Benefits, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our organization’s compensation and benefits programs are competitive, fair, and compliant with legal requirements. Your expertise will directly impact our ability to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate salary survey submissions, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Support benchmarking activities to ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures.
  • Provide assistance related to Visas and Global Mobility, through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the delivery of the Annual Remuneration Review process
  • Assist in the delivery and administration of the AsPac Benefits and AsPac Service Recognition Program.
  • Manage and resolve employee inquiries related to benefits and recognition

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in a HR Advisor (or similar position)
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Exposure to supporting the delivery of HR projects
  • Working knowledge of the Fair Work Act, the Modern Awards system, National Employment Standards and other related legislation.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information to employees.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a commitment to accuracy.
