We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions that support our business growth and improve customer experience. You'll work alongside analysts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, using your technical expertise to shape innovative solutions within Service Cloud, OmniStudio, Einstein, and AI platforms.

As a Senior Salesforce Developer in the Technology team, you’ll make a positive impact by:

• Designing and developing secure, scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce

• Configuring and customising Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and other Salesforce modules

• Building integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware

• Developing and maintaining OmniStudio components such as FlexCards and OmniScripts

• Leveraging Einstein and AI features to enhance customer interactions and insights

• Supporting Agile ceremonies and contributing to digital adoption across the organisation

Your ideal skills & experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including in a lead or senior role

• Proficiency with Apex, SOQL/SOSL, LWC, and Visualforce (Desirable)

• Experience with OmniStudio, Salesforce APIs, and AI tools like Einstein (Desirable)

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Desirable)
