As our Transition Lead – Growth, you’ll help shape how we win and deliver major government contracts across the Asia Pacific region. Working closely with bid teams, operational leaders and subject matter experts, you’ll design practical, high-quality transition plans that build customer confidence and set us up for success from day one. This is a dynamic and collaborative role where your insight will directly influence outcomes across a portfolio of opportunities. You’ll also help strengthen our transition frameworks and support mobilisation activities when needed.

As a Transition Lead – Growth in the Operations Hub team, you’ll make a positive impact by:

• Designing robust transition plans that meet customer and operational needs
• Developing detailed schedules, assumptions, risks and dependencies
• Producing clear and engaging transition artefacts for bids and stakeholders
• Collaborating with bid teams and subject matter experts to shape winning solutions
• Managing competing priorities across multiple bids and transition activities
• Leading transition planning and supporting mobilisation delivery when required

You could be a great fit if you have:

• Experience in transition, mobilisation, project management or PMO environments
• Confidence working across bids, tenders and complex service delivery settings
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and influence others
• Great attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality documentation
• Commercial awareness, ideally within government or large, complex organisations
• Relevant qualifications or certifications (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, MSP) - desirable
