As a Contract Manager in our Justice and Immigration Facilities Management team, you'll lead the delivery of critical facilities management services within a secure custodial environment. You'll ensure services are safe, compliant, efficient and focused on creating positive outcomes for our customers, colleagues and communities.

What you'll do as a Contract Manager
- Lead and deliver contracted facilities management services, ensuring they remain safe, compliant, financially controlled and operationally effective.
- Manage performance against contractual service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs) and contractual objectives.
- Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams, creating headroom for people to grow through coaching, mentoring and performance management.
- Oversee statutory compliance, audit readiness, asset management programmes and planned preventative maintenance activities.
- Manage budgets, control costs and identify opportunities to improve value, efficiency and service performance.
- Build strong relationships with clients, authority representatives, contractors and internal stakeholders to drive positive outcomes and continuous improvement.
Does this sound like you?
- Experience managing facilities management or building services operations within a complex or regulated environment.
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, health and safety requirements, environmental standards and contractor management.
- Experience leading teams and creating a culture of accountability, care, pride and high performance.
- Commercial awareness, including budget management, cost control and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make effective decisions in a demanding operational environment.
