Site Manager

We are currently seeking a Site Manager to join our team supporting the EuroJust in The Hague, Netherlands, as well as in other locations across Europe. 

Key Responsibilities

• The site manager shall be present during working hours and shall be able to perform all the required Services and additional Services. The site manager will be responsible for the Contractor’s staff, the good functioning of all Services and support the EPO management in covering the needs.
• The Contractor’s site manager shall be responsible for the quality, administration, planning and coordination of activities, communication and meetings (e.g. daystart, weekly EPO coordination, quarterly KPI meetings) with the EPO contact persons.
• The contractor must keep the manuals, working procedures, workflows, Risk Assessment, all documents needed for ISO (9001, 45001, 27001 and 14001) updated. All updates must be approved by the EPO.
• The Contractor’s site manager has for example but not limited the following tasks:
  - supervision of the contractor’ employees and organization of their workload,
  - CCP quality monitoring and reporting,
  - monitoring and providing of KPI reports,
  - administration and reporting of statistics,
  - communication with EPO management e.g. in regular meetings.
• All HR administration that the site manager from the external company does regarding his/her employees and company must be outside the contract hours billed to the EPO. The Contractor’s site managers must have experience with managing employees for at least two years.
