Key Worker Administrator

Salary: £25,466 per annum

Location: HMP Dovegate

Working hours: Permanent, Full-Time, 40 hours per week

Here at Serco, we are looking for a Key Worker Administrator to join our team at HMP Dovegate - a Category B adult male facility near Uttoxeter, Staffordshire where we care for up to 1160 male adult prisoners over the age of 21 serving a range of sentences including trial, remand, those awaiting sentence and convicted men serving long and short term sentences. 

As a Key Worker Administrator you will provide administrative support for all areas of key worker. You will act as the hub for communication between prisoner and keyworker and keyworker and family/friend. You will ensure a high level of security and confidentiality is maintained in relation to staff and prisoners, and that all information, both written and verbal, is treated confidentially. You will also demonstrate a positive attitude to change and show flexibility in the work place.

 What you need to do the job

Firstly, you will need to be skilled in Maths and English. You’ll have excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages. Lastly, you will demonstration of flexibility and the ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
