Make an impact at Serco

As a Learning Management System Administrator, you’ll support the configuration and management of training and assessment materials within the Moodle platform. Working within the Navigation and Synthetic Warfare Training team, you’ll collaborate closely with instructors and stakeholders to ensure training delivery systems run smoothly and effectively. Your work will directly support Defence learning outcomes and help drive continuous improvement in training systems.

 

As a Learning Management System Administrator in the Navigation and Synthetic Warfare Training team, you’ll make a positive impact by:

  • Configuring and maintaining the Moodle LMS environment across multiple schools
  • Collaborating with instructors to optimise course delivery and assessments
  • Analysing LMS data to track training performance and recommend improvements
  • Managing user accounts and maintaining accurate training records and reports
  • Investigating and resolving system issues while liaising with stakeholders
  • Delivering system inductions and training to instructors and staff

You could be a great fit if you have:

  • Experience administering an LMS or CMS in an enterprise environment
  • Confidence working with stakeholders and applying solution-focused problem solving
  • Knowledge of Moodle hosting environments and security requirements
  • Experience documenting governance, compliance and quality processes
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
  • Be able to achieve and maintain a defence security clearance of NV1 or higher and a satisfactory National Police Check
