As our Administration Support Officer, you’ll play an important role in keeping our Performance team running smoothly while supporting privacy-related processes across the facility. Working closely with the Privacy Manager, you’ll help deliver high-quality administration support, coordinate requests, and maintain efficient office operations. This is a varied role where your organisation, attention to detail, and ability to build positive relationships will make a real difference. You’ll be part of a collaborative team committed to rehabilitation, reintegration, and creating safer communities.
As an Administration Support Officer in the Performance Team, you’ll make a positive impact by:
- Managing reception enquiries and welcoming staff and visitors
- Coordinating office supplies, equipment maintenance, and courier services
- Supporting privacy information requests and ensuring timely responses
- Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather and transfer information
- Maintaining accurate records and confidential information systems
- Contributing to team initiatives and continuous improvement activities

- Experience in administration support, ideally in a secure or regulated environment
- Strong skills across Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Confidence managing both manual and digital record systems
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach

- A proactive, dependable attitude and the ability to work well under pressure
