As our Senior Intelligence Analyst, you’ll play a key role in strengthening how intelligence is gathered, analysed and used to support decision-making. Based at Kohuora Auckland South Corrections Facility, you’ll work closely with operational leaders and external partners to deliver meaningful insights that improve safety and outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to mentor a capable team while shaping intelligence practices aligned to national frameworks. You’ll be part of a collaborative environment where your expertise truly makes a difference.
As a Senior Intelligence Analyst in the Justice & Immigration team, you’ll make a positive impact by:
- Leading and mentoring the intelligence team to deliver high-quality insights
- Developing and implementing intelligence strategies aligned to national frameworks
- Building strong partnerships with internal teams and external agencies
- Overseeing and reviewing intelligence products for accuracy and quality
- Identifying emerging risks and guiding proactive intelligence responses
- Managing intelligence reporting tools and dashboards to support decisions

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data

- The legal right to work in New Zealand (e.g. NZ or Australian citizen, NZ Residency or open work visa)
