As our Contract and Compliance Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting operational excellence and continuous improvement across Acacia Prison. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll help ensure compliance with contractual obligations, operational performance measures and quality standards. You'll provide valuable insights through analysis, reporting and assurance activities, while helping to strengthen governance and performance outcomes. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful contribution in a collaborative and purpose-driven environment.

As the Contract and Compliance Officer in the Assurance & Compliance Team, you’ll make a positive impact by:

  • Managing quality assurance activities, audits and compliance reviews
  • Monitoring contractual obligations and operational performance measures
  • Preparing reports, analysing trends and identifying improvement opportunities
  • Supporting responses to audits, complaints and stakeholder correspondence
  • Maintaining policies, standing orders and document control processes
  • Promoting understanding of compliance requirements across the business

You could be a great fit if you have:

  • At least five years' experience in auditing, compliance or assurance roles
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Experience in building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly and confidently
  • Relevant qualifications in Business, Commerce, Auditing or a related discipline; ISO 9001:2015 knowledge will be highly regarded
