Make an impact at Serco
As a Clinical Supervisor in the Programs Department at Acacia Prison, you’ll play a key role in the delivery of offence-specific rehabilitation programs that reduce reoffending and support prisoner reintegration. You’ll provide clinical leadership, mentoring, and supervision to Program Facilitators and allied health professionals, ensuring delivery quality and program fidelity. This is a full-time, permanent role working in a dynamic team committed to making a meaningful difference in the justice system.

As a Clinical Supervisor in the Programs Department team, you’ll make a positive impact by:
● Providing clinical supervision, feedback and development support to facilitators and psychologists
● Observing program delivery and ensuring fidelity to evidence-based intervention models
● Supporting the Program Manager with performance reporting and quality assurance
● Promoting engagement strategies for prisoners with mental health, cognitive, or learning barriers
● Collaborating on the development of new programs, training and peer coaching initiatives
● Contributing to a strong team culture that upholds dignity, respect, and inclusivity

To be successful in this role you’ll have:
● A Master’s degree in Social Work (AASW membership), or full AHPRA registration as a Psychologist
● At least 2 years' post-graduate experience in a clinical or forensic setting
● Proven experience in group facilitation and working with complex presentations
● Demonstrated ability to provide clinical supervision and support reflective practice
● Strong communication and report writing skills
● A sound understanding of cognitive behavioural interventions and correctional rehabilitation
