As a Radiographer at Acacia Prison, you will have a sound understanding of legislative requirements around the provision of x-ray services, and are able to build excellent rapport with patients in a complex environment. You are accustomed to managing wait lists for patient access to x-ray, operating specialised equipment and ensuring the ongoing compliance of this equipment with relevant legislation. You have strong communication skills and are respectful with a commitment and passion for our values and contributing to a safe and respectful environment. This is a casual role based in Wooroloo, WA.

To be successful in this role you’ll have:

- Currently registered with the Medical Radiation Practice Board AHPRA
- A Radiography radiation licence.
- Minimum 2-3 year experience as a radiographer (desirable)
- An understanding of the legislative requirements around the provision of x-ray services.
- Ability to interact with various stakeholders and adapt communication style appropriately.
- Ability to effectively communicate in both written and oral forms.
- Ability to work as an independent radiographer within a complex health team. 
- The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour
